In 2015 Amalgamated Property Group commenced works on one of the largest total external refurbishment projects on the Gold Coast. With 40 levels, this consisted of replacing over 1,000 windows and doors, waterproofing of 190 balconies and laying of over 5,500 balcony tiles. We also installed 2,700 lineal metres of balustrade and a full external repaint after repairing many concrete spalling throughout the tower. The results speak for themselves.
